Eating the right foods will help your hair to grow healthy. Eating an adequate amount of protein can help your hair grow. Protein is needed by every cell in our bodies, especially our hair! If we don’t supply our bodies with enough protein our body won’t work efficiently, and our hair will suffer the consequences. To help your hair to grow healthy you must eat some form of protein, such as fish, chicken or another lean source. Green leafy vegetables can also supply you with an adequate source of protein. Spinach has a very good source of protein in it, as it adds iron and protein. If you are noticing that your hair is lacking luster, and just looks dull and lifeless maybe it’s time to add a little protein to your diet, in the long run you will be glad you did.
