Our Policy

Placing Orders

You may place your orders online with our secured encrypted payment process system. We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information. You can place your order with paypal or with mastercard, visa or American express. We have a very friendly staff that can answer any of your questions by phone from Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm EST.. Once each order is processed and confirmed with payment from merchant, all orders are shipped out within 3 business days from processing.

Shipping policy

We ship our orders via USPS.
We offer Priority Shipping which is a two to three day service to most locations in the USA
We offer Express Shipping which is a one day service to most locations in the USA.
All shipping will require a signature.
We offer International orders and shipping via paypal, however all international shipping will be subject to customs and additional fees.

Return and Exchange Policy

We manually inspect each and every product we sell. Please immediately inspect your packages once received. If your shipment is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify Hair for Weaves immediately upon receiving your shipment. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same or equivalent product only. You must notify our office within 3 days from the date of delivery. We take pride in using the finest human hair possible, however please note that all real human hair may have some splits ends or even grey hair strands, this is normal from hair that is cut from an actual person, and this is not considered to be a defect or damage. No exchange will be issued for any product due to misuse, misapplication, or use of any chemical product which alters the natural state of the hair.

Refund policy

We will gladly issue a refund on all non hair products within 7 days from delivery. You must call our office to receive a return authorization number. If the product is not damaged or defective you will be responsible for the cost to ship back to us, and your refund will not include your original shipping cost. If your product was received damaged we will refund your entire shipping cost. We can not issue refunds on any product that has been misused, tampered with, and or used, and is not in its original condition.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

Due to the extreme popularity of our Indian and Brazilian hair, we may experience out of stock items and or back orders. If items are out of stock they will be back ordered and shipped immediately once inventory is available. Should you not choose to wait your order will be cancelled..
